By using the Empire Dental Clinic website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Dental Services

Empire Dental Clinic provides dental care services including but not limited to: dental implants, porcelain veneers, dental crowns, teeth whitening, orthodontics, root canal treatment, and cosmetic dentistry. All treatments are performed by licensed dental professionals. Treatment plans are personalized and discussed with patients before any procedure begins.

Treatment Guarantee

Empire Dental Clinic provides the following guarantees on dental work:

• 5-year guarantee on all dental treatments (crowns, veneers, bridges)
• 5-year guarantee on dental implants
• Guarantees are subject to proper oral hygiene and regular check-ups as recommended by your dentist

Payment Terms

The following payment terms apply:

• All prices are listed in EUR and are inclusive of standard treatment costs
• Payment is accepted via cash (EUR), credit/debit card, and bank transfer
• A detailed treatment plan with costs is provided before treatment begins — no hidden fees

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans may change. Please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment for cancellation or rescheduling. For dental tourism patients, we recommend confirming your travel arrangements before booking treatment dates.

Dental Tourism Services

Our dental tourism packages include coordination of hotel accommodation and airport transfers. While we arrange these services on your behalf, they are provided by third-party partners. Empire Dental Clinic is not liable for services provided by third-party accommodation or transport providers. Travel insurance is recommended for all international patients.

Limitation of Liability

Empire Dental Clinic endeavors to provide the highest standard of dental care. However, dental treatments carry inherent risks that are discussed during consultation. Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific treatment provided. We are not responsible for complications arising from failure to follow post-treatment care instructions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
